Question 1

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Accepted Answer

Our minimum order quantity starts at just 50 pieces per style per color, making us one of the most accessible clothing manufacturers for startups and small brands. For larger orders, we offer significant volume discounts of up to 40% off.

Question 2

What is your typical production timeline?

Accepted Answer

Sample production is typically 5-7 business days depending on product complexity. Bulk production takes 2-4 weeks depending on order quantity. Rush orders are available for an additional fee when capacity allows. Shipping takes 3-7 days worldwide via DHL, FedEx, or UPS.

Question 3

Do you offer private label and OEM services?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we provide full private label and OEM services including custom woven labels, printed tags, hang tags, poly mailers, branded boxes, tissue paper, and complete packaging solutions.

Question 4

Which countries do you ship to?

Accepted Answer

We ship worldwide including USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Dubai, Germany, France, Netherlands, and 25+ more countries. We offer DDP, FOB, and express shipping options via DHL and FedEx.

Question 5

What types of printing and decoration do you offer?

Accepted Answer

We offer sublimation printing, screen printing, DTG (direct-to-garment), heat transfer, vinyl cutting, 3D puff embroidery, flat embroidery, chain stitch, applique, and woven patches.

Question 6

Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We always recommend ordering a sample first so you can check quality, fit, and finish in person before committing to bulk. Sample cost and timeline vary by product — share your details and a specialist will send an exact quote within 24 hours.

Question 7

What quality certifications do you have?

Accepted Answer

We run a documented 4-stage QC process with photo records, and supply fabric test documentation available on request.

Question 8

How do you ensure quality control?

Accepted Answer

Our 4-stage quality control process includes: 4-point fabric inspection on all incoming materials, in-line production checks during sewing, post-production AQL 2.5 random sampling, and final photo documentation before shipment.

Question 9

Can I order just 20 pieces to test quality first?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Alongside our standard 50-piece MOQ, FABRIOZA offers a 20-piece trial order tier: 20 finished garments of your design, produced on the same line with the same 4-stage QC as bulk runs, so you can test quality before committing. Details at fabrioza.com/sample-order.

Question 10

Do small trial orders get the same quality control?

Accepted Answer

Yes - 20-piece trial orders get the same 4-stage quality control as a 5,000-piece run: fabric inspection, in-line stitching checks, finished-garment measurement audit, and pre-shipment inspection with photo documentation.

Question 11

Does my trial order cost count toward a bulk order?

Accepted Answer

Partly. A 20-piece batch carries the same pattern, setup and QC work as a large one, so its per-unit price sits above our 50-piece and volume tiers. When you scale the same design to bulk, that difference is credited back - the trial garments themselves are not free.
