Activewear Manufacturer

Updated: October 25, 2026 | By FABRIOZA

We make activewear for brands that are starting out or scaling a range without a container-sized commitment: leggings, sports bras, performance tees, shorts, joggers and matching sets, from 50 pieces per style, cut and sewn in our own factory in Sialkot.

Activewear is less forgiving than most categories. The fabric decides the product, the fit has to survive movement, and a legging that goes sheer in a squat comes straight back as a return. That is why most of this page is about specification rather than marketing.

Fabric, specified properly

Two blends cover most of a range. Nylon/spandex for leggings and bras, where hand feel and recovery decide whether the customer reorders. Polyester/spandex for tees, shorts and compression, where drying speed matters and where all-over sublimation print is possible — nylon does not take it well.

Spandex content changes the product more than the base fibre does: 12% gives stretch, 22–25% gives compression and recovery. We will not quote “nylon mix” at you; the spec carries the ratio, the gsm and the knit construction. Our fabric guide for gym wear and leggings sets out the whole decision, including the weight below which leggings go sheer.

Low MOQ, and what that honestly means

Fifty pieces per style, and sizes mix freely inside that — one legging design across XS to XL is a single 50-piece run, not five. A 20-piece trial order is available first if you want to see the real product before committing, with the price premium credited back when you scale that design.

The limit worth knowing in advance is that fabric MOQ is not garment MOQ. Stock fabrics in stock colours are available at 50 pieces. A custom dye lot or a custom knitted fabric carries a mill minimum far above one style's worth and adds three to four weeks. For a first range, use stock fabrics and put the budget into fit.

Where we ship, and what you actually pay

We quote DDP, so duty and tax sit inside the price and the number you approve is the number you pay.

Rates verified October 2026. A UK brand importing activewear from Pakistan pays no duty, where the same garment from China or Vietnam attracts the full UK MFN rate. We confirm the figure on your own HTS code in writing before you order.

How it runs

  1. Send what you have — a tech pack, a sketch, reference images, or a garment you already like. We will measure a real garment and write the spec from it, which is faster and more accurate than describing it.
  2. Quote in 24 hours — unit price, lead time and landed cost.
  3. Sample in 5–7 days — cost confirmed in writing first, and credited toward production from 50 pieces.
  4. Production in 2–4 weeks with 4-stage QC: fabric inspection, in-line checks, AQL 2.5 sampling and photo documentation.
  5. DDP delivery — sealed cartons, duty and tax handled.

What to ask any activewear factory for

Including us. These four tests are cheap, they can be run on a sample, and they predict almost every complaint you would otherwise get after launch:

A factory that answers with reassurance instead of numbers is telling you something.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is your MOQ for activewear?

50 pieces per style, with sizes mixing freely inside that - one legging design across XS to XL is a single 50-piece run. A 20-piece trial order is available first, at a higher unit price, with the premium credited back when you scale that design.

What fabric do you use for leggings?

Nylon/spandex at 75/25 to 80/20 for premium feel and recovery, typically 260-320 gsm. Polyester/spandex at 85/15 to 88/12 where price matters more or you want all-over sublimation print. Spandex content changes the product as much as the base fibre: 12% gives stretch, 22-25% gives compression.

Can you make seamless activewear?

Yes. Seamless knitting is worth the money most on sports bras and crop tops, where no side seam means no rub under a strap. It carries a higher minimum and a longer lead time than cut and sew, so tell us early if a style needs it.

Can I get custom fabric at 50 pieces?

Usually not. Garment MOQ and fabric MOQ are different: stock fabrics in stock colours are available at 50 pieces, but a custom dye lot or custom knitted fabric carries a mill minimum well above one style's worth and adds three to four weeks. For a first range, use stock fabric and spend the budget on fit.

Do you supply UK activewear brands?

Yes, and the duty position helps: Pakistan sits in the Enhanced Preferences tier of the UK's Developing Countries Trading Scheme, so most garments enter at 0% duty, where the same product from China or Vietnam pays the full MFN rate. We ship DDP with duty and VAT inside the quote. Verified October 2026.

Can you print all over the garment?

On polyester, yes - sublimation prints edge to edge because we print the flat panels before the garment is sewn. Unlimited colours at no extra cost. It cannot print white, cannot go lighter than the base fabric, and does not work on nylon or cotton.

How long does production take?

A sample in 5-7 days, then 2-4 weeks for production after you approve it. Allow an extra sample round for a first custom fit, and three to four weeks more if the range needs custom fabric.

What tests should I ask for before approving bulk?

Shrinkage after three washes, stretch recovery, Martindale pilling, and colour fastness to washing and rubbing. All four can be run on a sample and between them they predict nearly every post-launch complaint.
