Trial Tier — Test Before Bulk

Start With a 20-Piece Trial Order

A trial order at FABRIOZA is 20 finished garments of your own design — made on the same production line, with the same fabrics and the same 4-stage quality control as a full bulk run. You test our quality in your hands first, and your trial cost is credited toward your bulk order. Standard production starts at 50 pieces.

Why a Trial Order

What a Trial Order Is — and Why Brands Start With One

Choosing a manufacturer from photos is a gamble. A trial order replaces the gamble with evidence.

🧪

Real production, small scale

Not a mockup or a single sample — 20 retail-ready garments cut, sewn, decorated and finished exactly like a bulk run of the same design.

📏

Judge everything yourself

Fabric hand-feel, GSM, stitching density, print or embroidery quality, sizing accuracy, labels and packaging — checked by you, in your market.

📦

Sell it, photograph it, test it

20 pieces is enough for a founder drop, influencer seeding, or a market-stall test — your trial run can pay for itself before bulk.

Scope

Door-to-door DHL/FedEx/UPS shipping quote (3–7 business days)
Trial cost credited toward your first bulk order of the same design
Pricing

How Trial-Order Pricing Works

Trial orders are quoted per design, within 24 hours. Because a 20-piece batch carries the same pattern, setup and QC work as a large one, per-unit pricing sits above our published 50-piece and volume tiers — and that difference is credited back when you scale the same design to bulk. Sublimated team kits keep their own low set-MOQs (15–20 sets) — see soccer, football, baseball and basketball kits.

FAQ

Trial Order Questions

Can I order just 20 pieces to test quality first?

Yes. Our trial order tier is exactly for this: 20 finished garments of your design, produced on the same production line as bulk orders. Our standard MOQ for regular production is 50 pieces, and the 20-piece trial exists so you can verify quality in your hands before committing to a bulk run.

Do small trial orders get the same quality control as bulk orders?

Yes. 20-piece trial orders go through the same 4-stage QC as a 5,000-piece run: fabric inspection, in-line stitching checks, finished-garment measurement audit, and pre-shipment inspection with photo documentation.

Does my trial order cost count toward a bulk order?

Yes. When you scale the same design to a bulk order, we credit your trial order cost toward that bulk invoice. Ask your project manager for the credit terms with your quote.

How much does a 20-piece trial order cost?

Trial orders are quoted per design within 24 hours. Because small batches carry the same setup work as large ones, the per-unit price is higher than our 50-piece and bulk tiers — and the difference is credited back when you move to bulk. Send your design for an exact number.

How long does a 20-piece trial order take?

Typically 2–3 weeks from approved design to dispatch, plus 3–7 business days DHL/FedEx/UPS delivery. Sublimated sportswear trials are usually at the faster end.

Can I split the 20 pieces across sizes and colors?

Yes. 20 pieces means 20 finished garments across your chosen colors and sizes — no hidden per-colorway multipliers. A typical trial is one design in 2 colorways across a size run.
