Almost no production method accepts a JPEG. Screen printing needs separated colours, sublimation needs artwork built at the right scale, embroidery needs clean closed shapes, and a woven label needs a mark that survives being very small. All of it starts from vector.

Three different jobs, often confused

  • Vector conversion - you have a logo, we redraw it by hand as clean vector. Not an auto-trace, which leaves ragged edges and hundreds of stray points
  • Logo redraw and clean-up - the logo exists but is dated, low resolution or was rebuilt badly. We reconstruct it properly, including the typography
  • Original logo design - you have a brand name and nothing else. Our designers draw the identity from scratch: wordmark, icon and the label lockup

Supplied production-ready

  • AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, CDR and high-resolution PNG
  • Pantone references and colour separation for screen printing
  • A one-colour and a reversed version, because a woven label and a dark garment both need one
  • Versions sized for a chest, a back, a sleeve and a label - the same logo rarely works at every size without adjustment

Drawn so it can actually be made

  • A logo designed only for a screen will usually fail somewhere in production
  • We check it stitches, prints and weaves before it is signed off, because we do all three
  • Small-size legibility is tested at real label scale, not zoomed in on a monitor

Included with production. When you place a garment order with us, this work is included for that artwork. If you only want the files, we quote it separately and confirm the price in writing before we start.

Frequently asked

Can you design a logo if I only have a brand name?

Yes. Our designers draw original identities from scratch - wordmark, icon and label lockup. The artwork is yours.

Is this an auto-trace?

No. Auto-tracing produces ragged edges and hundreds of unnecessary points, and it falls apart at large sizes. Everything is redrawn by hand.

Which file formats do you supply?

AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, CDR and high-resolution PNG, plus separated files and Pantone references where the production method needs them.

Do you match Pantone colours?

We supply Pantone references with the artwork. Final colour is matched physically at sampling, because screens and dye lots never agree.

Is vector work included with a production order?

Yes, for the artwork on that order. Standalone files are quoted separately.
