Sampling & MOQ Questions

Are sample fees refundable?

At FABRIOZA the question rarely applies: your pre-production sample is free, including DHL express shipping. Where a complex custom sample does carry a fee (fully custom cut-and-sew development), that fee is 100% credited toward your first production order from 50 pieces.

How do I order a sample from FABRIOZA?

Send your design, reference photo or tech pack through the quote form. We confirm the spec within 24 hours, build the tech pack free if you don't have one, and dispatch your pre-production sample in 5–7 business days by DHL.

What is FABRIOZA's minimum order quantity?

50 pieces per style for standard production — one design across your chosen colors and sizes. Sublimated team kits start at 15–20 sets. A 20-piece trial order tier exists so you can test full production before committing, with the trial cost credited toward bulk.

Can I negotiate a lower MOQ?

You don't need to negotiate — the lower tier is already published: a 20-piece trial order at a quoted per-unit price, credited toward your bulk order. That is usually better than a negotiated one-off exception because it is a standard, repeatable program with the same QC as bulk.

How long does sampling take?

5–7 business days from approved spec to dispatch, plus 2–4 days DHL delivery depending on destination. Rush sampling is available — ask with your quote.
