A factory. Production runs on our own 8 specialized lines with in-house cutting, stitching, sublimation, embroidery and finishing, 50,000+ pieces monthly capacity. We video-call from the production floor on request — the fastest way to verify any factory claim, including ours.
ISO 9001 (quality management system) certification and an amfori BSCI social audit. Documentation with certificate numbers and dates is provided on request, and we encourage buyers to verify with the issuing bodies. We deliberately do not display badges we cannot document.
A 4-stage QC process on every order from 20-piece trials to bulk: incoming fabric inspection, in-line stitching checks, finished-garment measurement audit against the tech pack, and AQL 2.5 pre-shipment inspection with photo documentation sent to the client.
