1. Send what you have. A logo, a sketch, a photo of last season's kit, or nothing but colours and a sport. We work from whatever exists - there is no charge for a tech pack.
2. Free mockup in 24-48 hours. You get a front-and-back visual of the actual garment in your colours, with names and numbers laid out. Revisions are free until it is right.
3. Sample in 5-7 business days. One physical garment, made on the production line, shipped to you. You approve the fit, fabric and colour before anything is cut in bulk.
4. Production in 2-3 weeks. Cut, sublimated or embroidered, sewn and inspected at four stages with photo documentation.
5. DDP delivery in 3-7 days. Door to door by DHL or FedEx with duties paid, so the quoted price is the landed price.

Polyester team kit is almost always sublimated; cotton and polos are embroidered or screen printed. We advise per design at quote stage.
Most custom jerseys reach a team through two or three intermediaries - a local dealer, a distributor, and the factory that actually makes them. Each adds a margin and a delay, and none of them can change the fabric weight or the pattern if it is wrong.
Ordering direct removes those layers. You specify the garment, approve a physical sample, and deal with the people cutting the fabric. Minimums start at 15-20 sets for team sports, so a single squad can order without a distributor's volume commitment. Start with a trial order if you would rather test first.
