Minimums, sample costs, lead times, payment terms, duty and quality control — answered with the actual numbers.
Our standard minimum is 50 pieces per style per colour. Alongside that we run a 20-piece trial order tier so a new brand can test the product before committing. Full terms are on our Sampling & MOQ page.
Yes. A 20-piece trial order is 20 finished garments of your design, produced on the same line with the same 4-stage QC as a bulk run, so you can test quality before committing to a larger order.
Yes. A 20-piece trial order gets the same four-stage quality control as a 5,000-piece run: fabric inspection, in-line stitching checks, finished-garment measurement audit, and pre-shipment inspection with photo documentation.
Partly, and it is worth being precise. A 20-piece batch carries the same pattern, setup and QC work as a large one, so its per-unit price sits above our published 50-piece and volume tiers. When you scale the same design to bulk, that difference is credited back. The trial garments themselves are not free.
Per style per colourway: 50 pieces of one design in one colour. Three colours of the same design is three times 50. Specialist fabrics and trims can carry their own minimums on top — some mills will not cut below a set yardage, and some trims come in fixed box quantities. If yours do, the quote says so before you commit, rather than appearing later as a surcharge.
Yes, and we recommend it. You check quality, fit and finish in person before committing to bulk. Sample cost and timeline vary by product — share your details and a specialist will send an exact quote within 24 hours.
It depends on the garment, and we confirm it in writing before anything is made. Where a fee applies it is 100% credited toward your first production order from 50 pieces, so on a sample you go on to produce you are not paying for it twice.
5–7 business days from approved artwork, dispatched by DHL.
Yes, and for a first order it is the sensible step. Tell us the weights and handfeel you are after and we post physical swatches, which is faster and cheaper than a full sample and settles most fabric questions on its own. Cost is confirmed with your quote, the same as a sample.
Published per-unit prices for common garments are on our pricing page — for example a garment-dyed streetwear tee at 50 pieces, or a lightweight windbreaker. For anything custom we price it against your actual spec and send a real number rather than a range.
You pay for the sample first. Once you approve it, a 30% deposit starts production and the remaining 70% is due before shipping.
No. The quote you receive is the price you pay — no surprise fees, no hidden shipping costs, no agent commissions.
Sample production is typically 5-7 business days depending on product complexity. Bulk production takes 2-4 weeks depending on order quantity. Shipping takes 3-7 days worldwide via DHL, FedEx or UPS.
A four-stage process: 4-point fabric inspection on all incoming materials, in-line production checks during sewing, post-production AQL 2.5 random sampling, and final photo documentation before shipment.
We hold no third-party certification we can evidence today, and we will not list one we cannot hand you with a number you can check. We run a documented 4-stage QC process with photo records and supply fabric test documentation on request. Tell us what your buyer requires and we will say plainly whether we hold it, can obtain it, or cannot.
Sublimation printing, screen printing, DTG (direct-to-garment), heat transfer, vinyl cutting, 3D puff embroidery, flat embroidery, chain stitch, applique and woven patches.
Yes — custom woven labels, printed tags, hang tags, poly mailers, branded boxes, tissue paper and complete packaging. Your brand throughout; nothing of ours appears on the garment.
Yes, at any stage, and we encourage it. SGS, Intertek, QIMA or an inspector you appoint yourself — fabric stage, in-line, or pre-shipment. You pay the inspector; we do not charge for access and we do not need notice beyond scheduling it. An inspection report from someone who does not work for us is worth more than anything we could write on this page.
No. We do not substitute a fabric, trim or component without your written approval. If a mill cannot deliver what you specified, you hear about it before anything is cut, along with the alternatives and exactly what each one changes in cost, handfeel and lead time. Silent substitution is the most common way a bulk order stops matching its approved sample.
Worldwide, including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Dubai, Germany, France, the Netherlands and 25+ more. DDP, FOB and express options via DHL and FedEx.
Usually none. Pakistan is in the Enhanced Preferences tier of the UK’s Developing Countries Trading Scheme, which carries 0% import duty on 92% of product lines, and since 1 January 2026 a garment no longer has to be made from Pakistani fabric to qualify. 20% import VAT still applies separately. Details on our UK page.
Pakistan holds EU GSP+, which zero-rates most covered lines. The EU applies stricter rules of origin to clothing than the UK does, so eligibility depends on where your fabric was produced — we check your commodity code and confirm the real rate before quoting rather than promising 0%. See our Germany page.
On DDP orders, yes — we handle export, freight, duty and import clearance, and you receive sealed cartons.
Not for a change of mind, and it is fairer to say so plainly. Every order is cut and sewn to your own design, with your labels in it, so the garments cannot be resold to anyone else. That is why the process is built to catch problems before bulk: you approve a pre-production sample, and every order passes four QC stages with photo documentation before it ships. If goods arrive with a manufacturing defect, or do not match the sample you approved, that is our problem and we put it right — tell us within 14 days of delivery with photographs.
No. We build one from your sketches, reference images or a garment you already own, at no charge. A free template is available if you prefer to start from one.
You do. We sign a confidentiality agreement before viewing any design, and your artwork is never used on another customer’s product or published as our own work.
Within one working day, and usually within 24 hours. Pakistan’s working day overlaps the entire UK and EU business day.
Yes. Ask with your first enquiry and we send our registration and tax documents. Our factory address, phone and a Google Maps pin are published on our about page, and we will do a video call from the floor on request, so you can confirm the company, the address and the production independently before sending anyone a deposit.
If it is about how an order actually runs, our five-stage process page walks through every stage with real timings.
Ask it directly. You will have a reply within one working day from a person, not a template.
